Justine Muller is an artist working in multi mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture and photography. She has been selected and exhibited in numerous prestigious Australian Art Prizes including the Art Gallery of NSW Dobell Drawing Prize (2012/2013), Paddington Art Prize (2014/2017), Portia Geach Memorial Prize (2013), and the Moran Photographic Prize (2015) in which the same photo was selected in Guardian Australia’s list of best and most important photos of 2015.
Muller is also represented in numerous State and Private collections, including the Macquarie Bank Group Collection.
Recently Muller has spent time traveling around Australia to remote communities and engaging with the landscape and the people who inhabit it.
Muller’s last solo exhibition “Understanding my Country” was on display at Juniper Hall, Paddington as part of Head On Festival 6th May- 4th June 2017.
